Our Prices

The prices are for a stay of 5 nights or more. Minimum stay from 3 nights with an expense allowance of 25%.

To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% to our account. Reservations are only valid once confirmed by us.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

We would like to point out that as of 01.01.2014, a community residence tax will be levied in all South Tyrolean accommodation establishments. Express reference is made to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.

The flats are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 09.00 on the day of departure.

Delayed arrivals or early departures as well as empty beds will not be deducted from the final amount. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code.

Small pets can only be brought to Iun holiday farm by arrangement. We ask you to bring a dog basket and blanket.
We charge € 10,- per night.
